Product: NV Ximenez Spinola, PX Old Harvest Solera 1964
Fermented to a natural alcohol of 17%, the wine then joins the 1964 solera system of Oxidative Pedro Ximenez. Not fortified, and so the alcoholic perception is minimal. The sweetness of the wine comes from added raisin juice. This year, after blending into selected barrels from the Solera system, sweetness reaches 45 g/l classing it as medium sweet.
