Product: NV Louis Brochet, Heritage Brut, Champagne
With a blend dominated by Pinot Noir (70% - with 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier), Brochet's Non-Vintage Heritage Brut is deep golden yellow with a fine mousse. Fairly intense nose with some red fruit and slightly toasted characters. Full bodied and lengthy flavours with a smooth finish. The wine shows excellent poise and drinks beautifully after extended ageing in the Brochet’s cellar. This wine is a favourite of Herge - the creator of Tintin!

Our favourite grower's Champagne. Family-owned and committed to producing Champagnes of the highest quality. With a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, Brochet Non-Vintage is deep golden yellow with a fine mousse. It has an intense nose with red fruit and slightly toasted characters. Full-bodied with lengthy flavours and a smooth finish. The wine shows excellent poise and drinks beautifully following extended ageing in Brochet’s cellar. A favourite of Hergé, creator of Tintin.
