Made with the same blend as the Heritage Brut (70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier), the Brochet Brut Rosé is a soft orange pink with an expansive mousse. The firm acidity offsets the fizz and super creamy, raspberry ripple ice cream fruit character. A very individual style. Delicious.
