Founded in 1584, Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne, renowned for its commitment to traditional winemaking and elegance. Champagne Gosset Extra Brut NV is a pure, expressive Champagne with zero dosage, highlighting freshness and terroir. Made without malolactic fermentation to preserve tension, it offers a complex profile of orchard fruit, citrus zest, and subtle brioche. It is crisp and linear yet full of depth, perfect for lovers of bone-dry Champagne and elegant aperitifs. The Extra Brut NV is a brilliant example of their style; refined, intense, and uncompromisingly dry. A wonderful match with dishes such as tuna tartare with lime, tempura prawns, charcuterie boards or scrambled eggs with white truffle.
