Product: 2025 Cuilleron, Saint-Peray, Biousse
Nose is spiced with sage, coriander and parsnip root, and filled with Asian pear, clementine and red apple. Pronounced for something non-aromatic. The body grows as it journeys to the back. Bright acid is a clear feature but reduces the perception and intensity of the fruit across the mid palate. Instead the finish starts to fill out to mirror the red apple, tropical citrus and subtle sage.
