Domaine Laroche is involved in a large-scale approach of sustainability that supports an environment-friendly viticulture. They have their own specifications relying on a few simple principles: no weed killers, no pesticides, no anti-botrytis treatments. These must help vines and not disturb their general balance or the ripening of grapes. “We experiment natural treatments using nettle and valerian and it looks very efficient.” Domaine Laroche St Martin epitomises Chablis with it"s pale lemon colour and intense freshness. There is ripe citrus fruit and white blossom aromas on the nose. On the palate, its minerality gives a lingering finish and wonderfully distinct character. A great aperitif or match with mussels, tuna ceviche or young creamy cheeses.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
