Crystallum Wines Peter Max Pinot Noir 2023_x0001_ The flagship of the range and great value for such complexity. Peter and Max are the Christian names of the grape growers. They will be proud to hear that these are of 1er Cru quality. The wines are 50% whole bunch fermented, with gentle extraction the key. Red cherries, cranberry, rose and lavender lead the way aromatically with a little sumac. The palate is dense and focused, with a tartness from sour cherry and rhubarb balanced by riper notes from mulberry and black cherry Absolutely delicious Drinking 2024 - 2029
