Chateau Puech Haut"s Tête de Bélier Blanc has hints of almond, herbs and golden apple that come together on the nose, while notes of white peach, honeyed orange, caramelised currants and white flowers blend together on the palate. The palate is full-bodied and fresh, which balances the crisp yet long-lasting finish by hints of tannin and white pepper. Château Puech-Haut is a secret star of Languedoc near the region of Pic-St-Loup, founded by Gerard Bru. Nestled between the shores of the Mediterranean and the Cévennes, the estate extends over more than 150 hectares. The castle was built on solid foundations: an ideal climate, passionate men and a land covered with rounded pebbles. The combination of the Mediterranean climate and mixture of clay and limestone soils topped with galet pebbles, help create a truly impressive range of superb value French Country wines. Through wine, the personalities and the resources of an entire terroir are expressed and shared. Therefore the wines of Château Puech-Haut are all steeped in history and endowed with a singular identity with a strong character.
