Farming the volcano's northern slope since 1865, Tornatore are traditional producer with a strong focus on sustainability. The family’s respect for the land is reflected in environmentally sensitive farming, renewable energy in the winery, and full adherence to VIVA and SOStain certification schemes.
A refined red. That alcohol is very well integrated and therefore stumps you as if you were pouring a Nebbiolo. Its all fruit, packaged as cherries and red berries. Tannins are fine and gentle while flavour intensity jumps out unexpectedly.
