In 2020 Nicolas upgraded the source of this Pinot to Chorey and Volnay, in 2021 and 2022 he has risked leaving these bunches to hang for a week or two longer than his neighbours. 20% of the grapes are fermented whole and the wine is now aged in huge wooden vats. Nicolas does everything possible to keep the standard of his top Bourgogne at village plus level. Made with love and care. 2024 to 2028
