Mahi Chardonnay from Marlborough, New Zealand, highlights the winery"s dedication to showcasing the quality and diversity of individual vineyard sites. Founded by Brian and Nicola Bicknell, Mahi emphasizes texture and true vineyard expression in their wines. Sourced from the Twin Valley Vineyard, this Chardonnay is whole-cluster pressed and fermented with indigenous yeast in French barriques, aged for 15 months. It presents an array of citrus to tropical fruit characters, complemented by natural yeast and barrel aging, with an elegant structure, creamy mid-palate, and long finish.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
