This was difficult to taste back in October and November as it was reduced. That’s a good sign though as it means that the mass of fruit is locked in by natural pickling juices. That fruit comes from parcels in Maizieres and Hautes Maizieres, immediately below the mighty 1er Cru Suchots vineyard. There’s plenty of power in this budding Vosne. 2028 to 2034
