Product: 2022 Jean-Marc Millot, Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru

The upper parts of the Clos were chosen as most suitable by the monks of the Abbey of Citeaux and first planted in 1098. Much of the area known as Grand Mapertui, where the Millot holding is situated, lies within this prestigious section. This is another reductive sample but easier to feel that tension and freshness that will keep the wine alive. I’m looking forward to trying it again in 2024. I’m sure it will be good for the long term. 2029 to 2043.
