Merchant Review NR
Fruit comes from 5 parcels in 4 climats; Alliots, Charmottes, St Jacques and St Julien. I tasted the components separately this time; St Julien and Charmottes are on rich, red clay soil and give an ethereal tone, not intense but ripe, rounded and high in the palate. Alliots, on a more austere soil is stricter, sinewy and with bulging biceps and St Jacques, with its lighter, sandy soil, is lighter, more angular and with super tension and vivacity. When you put all those together the finished article will be a joy to behold, as evidenced by all those thirsty Chauvenet lovers that have wolfed down the 2019 in recent months! 2024 to 2029.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
