There’s a wilder side to this with notes of winter savoury, cured meats, caraway as well as vanilla brioche. The tension is palpable and the balance is superlative. Warming and ripe, yet crisp and with bright, natural acidity and massive length, this is one of those wines you just want to own. 2028 to 2037.
