Deep and opaque in appearance and not short on density in the palate either! It is restrained, ike the Morey Villages, but with plenty of fat on the bones and depth on the palate. This is a superb plot and it’s worth noting that if you continue the line northwards along the hillside to Gevrey you hit the Grand Cru vineyards. Excellent and, quite rightly, a firm Handford favourite. 2028 to 2042
