Product: 2022 Domaine Leflaive, Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru

Bienvenue Batard Montrachet or `Welcome Bastard Montrachet` is so called due to its quality in comparison to the pinnacle of Chardonnay (Montrachet itself). A soft and supple Grand Cru in comparison to Batard, with a subtle floral and precise character. This combined with Domaine Leflaive`s style of rich, succulent yet minerally tense winemaking creates a complex age worthy white. Fine and consistent, 2022 wines offer a precise vintage from a high yield of perfectly ripe grapes. A modern classic characterised by perfect balance. The quality of the wines are a result of smarter viticulture to respond to the challenges of global warming and a rainy June, which retained a good amount of water for healthy vines over summer.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
