With 50% barrel and 50% of tank ageing and no need for fining or filtration this is so intense with rich, lime fruit and white chocolate. It takes Aligote to yet another level. With refreshing and delicate acids it is incredibly more-ish. Good early drinker, but keep some and watch the floral aromas grow. 2025 to 2029
