This Vielles Vignes cuvee is crafted from old parcels who vines range from 45 to 70 years of age. Like all wines from the Defaix estate, the vines are rooted in Kimmeridgian soil, rich in fossilised oysters - the hallmark of Chablis' greatest terroirs - which imparts a pronounced minerality, saline purity and the signature freshness of the region.

Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
