This Saint-Véran, produced by Domaine Auvigue, showcases the excellence of Chardonnay from the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. Crafted from vines grown on chalk and limestone hillsides, the wine offers a structured palate with notes of ripe white fruits, hazelnut, and a hint of citrus to enhance its natural vibrancy. Extended lees ageing in stainless steel imparts a creamy texture and layers of complexity, evoking the finesse of its esteemed Pouilly-Fuissé neighbours.
