Product: 2021 Sakkie Mouton, Revenge of the Crayfish On the Run Rooigety, Coastal Region
Tasted in March 2022 with Sakkie Mouton up the West Coast at Wolfgat Restaurant, this new release could be Sakkie`s finest effort to date. With all the West Coast kelp, savoury nori, sea breeze and salinity, this 2021 Chenin Blanc also has extra layers of fruit complexity and textural intensity. Sipped alongside a pairing with West Coast oysters, the 2021 Crayfish seemed like a white wine conjured up with magic it was so good.
