We are particularly excited to have the Raúl Pérez Ultreia Saint Jacques back on our list – as they have a rockstar following across the wine world. Their priority is to exert the minimum influence on their grapes, thus achieving non-standardised wines. On the nose, notes of violet and fresh aromas of noticeable minerality arise with delicate nuances of cocoa and coffee. An exuberant wine, with lots of volume, it is perfectly balanced and exceptionally more-ish!<br/><br/>Raúl Pérez - an extraordinary force in the world of Spanish wine. His honest approach to reviving old-fashioned techniques and varieties has created a collective culture and, alongside his generous open-door policy, he has helped establish many of the terrior-focused producers in Spain today.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
