Product: 2021 Elena Walch, Beyond The Clouds, Alto Adige

One of the first white blends of the region launched in 2000. Today, Beyond the Clouds is a multi-award winning wine and the jewel of Elena’s portfolio. Chardonnay is the Alpha variety in this wine. The secondary grape varieties are only picked when the Chardonnay reaches optimum maturity. Usually, Cuvees are constructed after each variety/ plot has completed its own individual maturation. Beyond the Clouds is instead co-fermented and so the blend is decided based on the differing levels of maturity of the different varieties, namely Pinot Bianco, Muller Thurgau and Gewurztraminer.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
