Product: 2021 Chateau Puech-Haut, Saint Drezery Prestige, Languedoc
Puech Haut Prestige Rouge is deep garnet in colour, with the nose offering notes of blackberries and underbrush raspberries. The palate is full and complex, with accents of scrubland with a woody touch. A delicious finish with silky tannins. Château Puech-Haut is a secret star of Languedoc near the region of Pic-St-Loup, founded by Gerard Bru. Nestled between the shores of the Mediterranean and the Cévennes, the estate extends over more than 150 hectares. The castle was built on solid foundations: an ideal climate, passionate men and a land covered with rounded pebbles. The combination of the Mediterranean climate and mixture of clay and limestone soils topped with galet pebbles, help create a truly impressive range of superb value French Country wines. Through wine, the personalities and the resources of an entire terroir are expressed and shared. Therefore the wines of Château Puech-Haut are all steeped in history and endowed with a singular identity with a strong character.
