Product: 2021 Chateau de la Gardine, Rasteau
Gaston Brunel, a famous négociant, acquired the Château de la Gardine in Châteauneuf du Pape in 1945. The estate spreads over 52-hectares of vineyards and 20-hectares of forest, all gathered around the property. La Gardine is famous for its quality wine production and the uniquely shaped ‘Gardine’ bottles which are based on one Gaston found in his vineyard from the centuries before.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in concrete, the La Gardine Rasteau 2021 is made from a blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. The nose is full of elegant black and red fruit, violet, liquorice, as well as more tertiary aromas of prune, dates and leather. The palate is juicy with elegant tannins
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
