Product: 2021 Chateau Angludet, Margaux
The Château Angludet 2021 from the Sichel family’s estate in Margaux is produced from the property’s oldest vines farmed biodynamically with minimal intervention. On the nose there is plenty of blackberry and blueberry fruit, intertwined with notes of liquorice and tar. The palate is medium bodied with fine tannins and a long, creamy finish. This will age beautifully for the next couple of decades. Owned by the Sichel family since 1961, Château Angludet is situated at the heart of the prestigious appellation of Margaux and surrounded by Cru Classé properties. It is the responsibility of Benjamin Sichel, whose constant quest for quality is reflected in his policy of drastically limiting the yield of each vine plant and finding the natural balance of the entire vineyard, in order to get the best expression of this exceptional terroir in every glass. Angludet’s wines enjoy a worldwide reputation for their elegance, aromatic finesse and their exceptional ageing potential. Food matches: Wonderful with roast lamb or juicy lamb cutlets.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
