The 2020 Bouzeron opens in the glass with aromas of pear, citrus oil, freshly baked bread and buttered popcorn. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acids and a long finish, it`s a terrific example of Aligoté at full maturity.
