Merchant Review NR
Along with the lieus dits of les Condemennes and Clos de l’Orme this is one of the finest vineyards in the Cotes de Nuits not to be of 1er Cru status. The Clergets have 12 tiny parcels in what is already a small vineyard. They are largely planted north to south as the land slopes down from 1er Cru aux Echanges. The first blast of early morning sun to this east facing land gets the plants going and results in a wine of power and muscle. With sinewy, almost black fruits that are beautifully ripe, this will age gracefully into a classically moulded Chambolle. One to look forward to in the medium term. 2026 to 2035
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
