The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté, which comes from old vines, has a fragrant Muscat and blossom tinged bouquet that is nicely defined. The palate has a lightly honeyed entry with crisp acidity and a beautifully poised, expressive finish that lingers in the mouth. Excellent.
