A tiny plot that seems to get picked on by the weather. 2016 was devastated, 2017 difficult but 2018 was a joy. Though down on quantity the 2019 is more than promising with boat loads of soft, seductive spice, baked cherry pie and crème fraiche. The finish is long and wonderfully balanced and this remains a silky and ethereal red with an energy that makes this ever more animated on the mid palate. We’ve had some older vintages in the shop and it’s a find that we are very proud of. Another one to be discovered just as we sell through!! 2024 to 2031
