Product: 2019 Louis Brochet, Les Plantes, Blancs de Blanc Premier Cru
100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru plots of Les Vouagnes in Ecueil and Le Mont Benoit in Villiers aux Noeuds. Vinified as naturally as possible in temperature controlled tanks with a little touch of time in oak barrels. Freshness, lightness and finesse are highlighted here by an extra brut dosage. After bottling, the wine is aged for a further four years in the cellar.
