The Holy Grail of wine, Romanee Conti is a 1.8 hectare vineyard farmed biodynamically which produces the most sought after wine in the world. Understated, nuanced, focused and intellectual. It is best characterised by what it lacks - nothing. Another one of the hottest years on record with generally high quality, fuller whites and somewhat inconsistent reds with the best being some of highest quality, age worthy ones. 98-100 Points - Jasper Morris
