Bruna also decided not to release any single vineyard Barolo from the 2018 vintage, for quantities were not sufficient following a rigorous sorting in the vineyard. This resulted in a blend of Falletto and Falletto Vigna Le Rocche for this release. The nose has a clear Mediterranean character, with hints of rosemary, bay leaf and juniper berries. It is ripe and concentrated, but with a clear and precise mineral character. The palate is dense and generous. The firm character of tannins and a precise freshness gives balance and character to the wine. A very gastronomic approach and a worthy expression of 2018. Drink from 2023 to 2040.
