A little under one third of a hectare produces 4 barrels (1200 bottles). As well as the one new cask there is as much as 25% of whole bunch fermentation here; a brave move for Benoit. 2016 is more serious than any previous vintage, and possibly one of the best wines Benoit had made. Dark and stormy with a so many things hidden in the mix and waiting to come out. 2029 to 2041
