Domaine de la Romanee Conti`s Echezeaux is poised and spicy, with a texture reminiscent of chocolate. The best expression of an Echezeaux money can buy. Generous and of good quality, this vintage was very healthy and consistent. It offers early drinking reds in a lighter fresher style and consistent fresh and crisp whites with some ageing potential. 94-96 Points - Jasper Morris
