This is the wine that stood out all those years ago and so where our wonderful journey with Fred Esmonin began. They are the oldest vines of the Domaine, and now over 60 years old. A powerful core of super ripe and fresh red berry fruit pierces the tongue but there is outstanding breadth to this too. This upper middle ground of Cotes de Nuits is certainly where the 2016s sing. Even more desirable than the great 2015. 2027 to 2040.
