Flinty, vanilla, apricot skin. More subtle, orange blossom and a delicate sandalwood note. The wine is aged in 450 litre barrels so relies a lot more on its natural concentration and acid balance to keep it in tip top quality and suitably age-worthy. Perfectly seamless. 2022 to 2025
