This vineyard, located at 485 meters altitude, contributes to the wine’s exceptional quality. The 2011 vintage blends 84% Tempranillo and 16% Mazuelo, with grapes manually harvested and meticulously selected. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks and gentle pressing, the wine ages for 28 months in American and French oak barrels, followed by 13 months in concrete tanks before bottling. The result is a complex and elegant wine with a captivating aroma of ripe cherry, blueberry, and cassis, complemented by refined notes of Mediterranean herbs, black pepper, clove, and mocha. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of silkiness and liveliness, with a long, elegant finish.
