Product: 2003 Domaine Didier Dagueneau, Pouilly Fume, Silex

Dagueneau`s flagship wine takes its name from the French name for flint, the classic soil type found in Pouilly. Leaner and more austere in youth than Pur Sang, it shows its class with a few years` bottle age. Sourced from the best vineyards, on the slopes above the village of St Andelain, it is 100% barrel fermented then aged in large oak barrels. As with the Pur Sang, around 25% of the barrels are usually new.
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and shipped by DPD using their Next Day service (delivery by the end of the next working day).
Orders to remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland) may be sent with DPD’s Two Day service (delivery within two working days).
