It is the same process used to make red wines from black grapes.  5 different grapes are blended into this one, sourced from the shores of Lake Neusiedl. Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Roter Traminer and Muscat Ottonel. After crushing, the juice is in contact with the skins for 2 weeks.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWith this wine, I cracked open a sample with Hugo and Cyril in the shop. This was only the second ever orange wine Hugo had tasted. We were all sold on the fresh mandarin citrus flavour, open bouquet of blossom and kumquat and long persistent finish.
