Waud Wine Club hosted a fantastic "Dine with Bordeaux" evening at The Dining Room in Reigate on Tuesday. 40 guests joined us for a gourmet 5 courses tasting menu, accompanied with selected Waud Wine Club wines from Bordeaux. A Champagne de Castelnau NV was available on arrival, en route to a masterclass from celebrity chef Tony Tobin, who took us through a stunning live demonstration of the dinner that we were about to experience. When we sat down, the dinner and wines were very well received - for your interest, here was the running order of wines: Tuilerie du Puy 1616 2010 from Entre-Deux-Mers (White) Croix de Rambeau 2011 from Lussac St Emilion (Red) Tuilerie du Puy Inconnu 2011 from Entre-Deaux-Mers (Red) Chateau Fonplegade 2010 Grand Cru Classe from St Emilion (Red)
